By using the Service you agree not to post objectionable content and not to engage in abusive or harassing behavior toward other members. You acknowledge that violations may result in the immediate removal of content and the permanent suspension or termination of your account, and that we may report unlawful content to the appropriate authorities. You can report objectionable content and block abusive users at any time from within the app.
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant PitmasterSocial a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform. You are responsible for the content you post and must have rights to any recipes, images, or other materials you share.
YouTube videos embedded on PitmasterSocial are subject to YouTube's Terms of Service. We use YouTube's API to display videos and do not host or own this content. All rights to YouTube content remain with the original creators.
Our AI assistant provides recipe recommendations and cooking advice. This content is for informational purposes only. Always use proper food safety practices and cooking techniques. We are not liable for any issues arising from following AI-generated suggestions.
We use automated moderation and human review to maintain community standards. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We use third-party services including Google (authentication, YouTube API), Anthropic (AI chat), and others. Your use of these features is subject to their respective terms of service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of recipes, cooking times, or temperatures shared by users. Use all cooking information at your own risk.
PitmasterSocial shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
